Booking: Full credit/debit card details are necessary and to secure the reservation.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 per room or 25% will be taken on booking |
We accept most major credit cards (not Amex ) We do not take cheques.    |
Check In: If you arrive between 3pm till 4pm a complimentary tea is offered in the lounge. Late arrivals welcome up to 6pm. For later arrivals, please notify on booking.
Rooms: The room will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Checkout time is 10:30am.
Meals: We can offer dinner provided you check in or contact us by 4pm to let us know menu choices. Half board and full board packages include dinner/packed lunch and no reduction is given for non participation on any day. Prior notice of any special diets is required
Cancellations: North Walk House is a privately owned guest house and as such we try to treat genuine cancellations sympathetically. However in the unfortunate event of a cancellation deposits are non-refundable. While every endeavour will be made to re-let the accommodation, North Walk House reserves the right for a cancellation charge up 100% of the total booking. No reduction can be made for temporary absence, meals not taken or for departure earlier than booked. We recommend holiday insurance. |
